Danny has over 30 years of experience in delivering tenant improvement project management, and construction advisory professional services.  In that time, he has been responsible for interior construction with extensive involvement in redevelopment and Interior construction. His corporate clients cover a wide range of the corporate sector primarily in Class "A" city-center and suburban high rises. Danny has directed and led $25 million of tenant and building improvements projects ranging from 5,000 – 150,000 square feet with complex requirement and a range of medium to very high-end finishes for Financial/Investment, Retail, Government, Advertising and Conference Center.

 Projects have been tenant based such as GM Plan Works, Mackenzie, GSA, Aegis, PWC, Ally and the redevelopment of the 500,000 sq ft of the Historic Buhl Building in downtown Detroit.

 Danny’s responsibilities will be to provide overall program and project management leadership, while maintaining focus on clients in Detroit and Michigan surrounding area.

 He received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Roosevelt University in Chicago.
